Special Tariff upon Recharge

This is to inform all Grameenphone Prepaid & Consumer Postpaid customers (excluding ERS, BPO, MyPlan & Prepaid to Postpaid migrated customer) that, new recharge based lower tariff offer will start from 24 January, 2018. The offer includes:

Offer Details:

• Recharge amount will be added to the customer’s main account
• To get the offer, customer need to recharge exact respective amount
• “GP-other operator” denotes domestic network calls only (GP-other mobile operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls.
• During the offer period, this special tariff is applicable on regular package tariff, Super FnF, FnF, Community tariff (except EKOTA Prepaid 3 & 4)
• Special tariff is not applicable on purchased minutes, bonus minutes, bonus amount and emergency balance. Purchased minutes, bonus minutes, bonus amount and emergency balance will be consumed first and then the special tariff will be applied
• This offer can be availed multiple times during campaign period. On multiple recharges, higher validity will be applied
• If customer takes any other adha poisha offer, higher validity will be applied. After the special tariff validity period, customer will return to the previous offer/package

• For Postpaid customers, special tariff will not be applicable if they activates commitment plan after activating above special tariff offer
• In case of Due Date Bar (Consumer Postpaid), special tariff offer will be activated if customer recharges specific amount, but customer will not be allowed to get benefit until number is unbarred
• This offer is not applicable for Skitto users
• 5% Supplementary Duty (SD) + 15 % VAT inclusive of SD will be applicable for all charges + 1% surcharge on base tariff
• This offer will continue until further notice

How to register Rocket account?

• Customer fills up the KYC Form and submit to agent along with his/her photograph & National ID (NID)
• Agent goes to Customer Registration Menu from his/her mobile and insert customer's mobile number
• Customer receives an IVR call or USSD Flash menu and in reply, he/she gives a 4 - digit PIN number at his/her choice (please remember your PIN)
• A Rocket account is created in DBBL system which is his/her mobile number + one check digit
• Customer receives a confirmation SMS which contains his/her Rocket account Number (please remember your check digit).

Limits

 On January 11, 2017 as per PSD circular no-01/2017 Bangladesh Bank has brought some changes in the limit of Mobile Financial Service transactions which will be valid until further instructions.

• A bKash Account holder can withdraw a maximum amount of Tk 10,000 per day and Tk 50,000 per month from his/her Account (Agent & ATM combined)
